Merchant responsibility

When a merchant installs Filtrex, Filtrex processes visitor data on the merchant's behalf to protect their store. Merchants are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws, including providing their own privacy notices to customers. We act strictly in accordance with the merchant's instructions and our terms of service.
